After your event date, log in to your TravelPledge dashboard and complete checkout. Once we receive payment, we’ll email and text winning bidders their certificates. The certificates contain redemption instructions.
As the event organizer, you will also receive a copy of each certificate via email in case your winning bidder has trouble locating their certificate.
