Report winning bids and submit payment to send winning bidders their certificates.

  1. After your event date, log in to TravelPledge and click Begin Checkout.

  2. Then, let us know what sold, to whom, and for how much so we can prepare your invoice.

  3. Once you've entered all your winning bidders, click Generate Invoice.

  4. Finally, remit payment via Credit Card, ACH, or Check. Please note: A 3% fee applies to Credit Card payments.

Payment Timing

  • Certificates will be sent immediately upon Credit Card payments.

  • For ACH payments, we'll send certificates once we receive funds from your bank, usually five business days after the transfer is initiated.

  • For check payments, we'll send certificates once we receive the check in the mail.
