Find the code on the Redemption section of your certificate.

If you can't find your certificate, search your email (including your spam folder) for an email from noreply@travelpledge.com

Visit redeem.travelpledge.com

Enter the code and click Browse Availability.

Select your desired check-in date and click Check Availability. You will find more availability outside of peak season for a particular destination so you may want to try a few dates to see what's available.

Click View Details for your preferred hotel.

If you can't find a hotel you like, consider placing a Special Request via the link at the bottom of the results

Click Request Booking.

Fill out your traveler information and click Next.

Enter any Special Requests, such as adding additional travelers or requesting a room with a view.

Review your information and click Submit.

A TravelPledge Destinations representative will email you within 3 business days with next steps. If you entered a special request, the next step may be a quote for your upgrade request. Otherwise, you may receive your booking confirmation.
