Enable WinningBidder.com for your TravelPledge event

TravelPledge's sister company WinningBidder.com provides free online auction software for nonprofits.

You can turn your TravelPledge event into a WinningBidder.com online auction and manage everything from your TravelPledge dashboard.

If you already have a TravelPledge account but no upcoming event

  1. From your TravelPledge dashboard, click Create Your Event.

  2. Fill out the fields, specifying WinningBidder.com as your online auction provider.

  3. Click Create Event.


If you already have an upcoming TravelPledge event

  1. From your My Event dashboard, click the dropdown next to the event name and choose Edit.

  2. Check the box for Enable TravelPledge's online auction software.

  3. Click SAVE EVENT DETAILS.


If you're a nonprofit but don't have a TravelPledge or WinningBidder.com account

  1. Visit TravelPledge.com and click Get Started.

  2. Follow the prompts to create your TravelPledge account.

  3. From your event dashboard, click the dropdown next to the event name and choose Edit.

  4. Check the box for Enable TravelPledge's online auction software.

  5. Click SAVE EVENT DETAILS.


If you're not a nonprofit but don't have a TravelPledge or WinningBidder.com account

TravelPledge experiences are available only to 501(c)(3) nonprofits. Other organizations may use WinningBidder.com, just not add TravelPledge experiences.

  1. Visit WinningBidder.com and click Get Started.

  2. Follow the prompts to create your WinningBidder.com account.
