How Raffle Certificates Work
Unlike auction items, raffle certificates are purchased upfront at a fixed price before your event.
You pay a set percentage of the item’s retail value (typically 15%, 30%, or 50%)
Once purchased, the certificate is immediately available in your account
Certificates are non-refundable, so only purchase what you plan to use
How to Purchase a Certificate
Browse available experiences for your event
Select the item you want to use as a raffle prize
Add it to your raffle cart and complete checkout
Go to the My Event tab to access your certificate
After checkout, you can download and print the certificate or deliver it digitally to your winner.
Distributing the Prize
At your raffle drawing:
Award the certificate to the winner
The winner will use the certificate to redeem their experience directly with the provider
Key Considerations
Raffle items must be paid for before the drawing takes place
Certificates cannot be returned or refunded after purchase
You control pricing of raffle tickets and keep all proceeds from ticket sales
