Some providers choose to review each donation request individually. When you request a donated experience, the experience provider receives an email with your request. You will be notified by email of the response. If your donation request is accepted, the experience will be automatically added to your event.

It will vary by provider how long it takes to respond, though you should always expect a response within 14 days.
