Each certificate has a 6, 9, 12, or 18 month expiration date from the date of your event. Expiration refers to the deadline to contact the provider to book the experience, though travel may take place after the deadline.

The expiration date is shown in the experience details on your dashboard, on the promotional flyer, and on issued certificates.

Some vacation and cruise providers may place additional restrictions on when travel may take place (e.g., "Travel must take place within 12 months of the certificate being issued"). This will be noted on the promotional flyer and issued certificate.
